The refinishing of cooling- and heating plates is part of our usual business.
These plates are used by our customers for the manufacturing of particle - and fiber board as well as the surface treatment for doors, furniture parts and other timber products. You will find them in the laminating and multilayer manufacturing, too.
In conjunction with our business partners, we can repair partial damages by welding or milling the entire surface of the cooling or heating plates. Each of our customers require different demands for their plates.
During the production time, they receive some wear and tear and we are able to refinish those plates in a way to restore the original appearance. Plates are being stripped, polished, matt finished and chrome plated to extend substantially the durability of the plates. Depending of the material of the plates, the refinishing process can be repeated multiple times. This is the key for a long-lasting plate life. Short turn arounds and our high quality standard are a positive impact to your manufacturing costs.
